You'll help teams and clients understand what's working, what isn't, and what opportunities lie ahead.

What You'll Do

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze datasets.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Support research and impact assessment projects.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to answer strategic questions.
• Prepare presentations and data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across projects.
• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfort working with numbers and datasets.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in research, surveys, or impact assessment.
• Understanding of statistics and data visualisation.
